Our shooters weren't hitting their shots in the 1st game, and our best two defenders were in foul trouble the entire first half. The Bulls are a good team....and believe it or not, so are the heat. Bulls will be fine.

I agree, we had no Deng and Jimmy for the Heat's run, as usual, just look at how good Jimmy was at the end of the game! Let's wait until our shit starts working, and then, we'll see how bad the Heat are!!! ....

Very true actually!

Sometimes you gotta have a guy that can go off the script and get buckets for you, yes you need a JR Smith, NATE ROBINSON or Jamal Crawford off the bench, that Microwave type player that can get hot at anytime for you.

It is going to take more than Derrick Rose to get Passed The Heat! Pacers are going to be a serious problem for us as well because of all the options they have offensively to go with their go to guy in George

Only one game and we will have a great season but somebody other than Rose have to score points, if Butler and Snell can provide points as well as Dunleavy, we will be OK...Probably should have kept Nate Robinson though!

Game was lost in the second qrt, we played them the way we can every other qrt, Deng / Butler sat out for a long stretch with 3 fouls. Noah and Hinrich played hard and either are completely healthy. Rose has an off nite.

after all this we could of caught them had the game had about 5-10 mins on the clock, the 3 pointers killed us early and often.

I expect and different outcome next time when our team gels after all the bullshit injuries that distort our rotation.

The Heat has more talent than every team in the league, so that's not just a Bulls problem. Butler or Deng have to be on the court when Wade and James are on the court or they will just have their way more than usual.

the story about us not having enough scoring talent

The story is people pointing out the problem...then your solution is...Ben Gordon. And then trying to pass off obsessive trolling as reasonable basketball conversation. That is "the story"...

it was a move that was realistic (or atleast used to be)

ive stated many times that he doesnt guarantee us beating Miami but is a guy they could help us out

hes a guy you coulda got for pennies on the dollar and wouldnt have to trade a core player for

if you got any better ideas please share them

Enough of our Jive F.O............

The Bulls didnt beat the Heat lastnight....Really?Wow, im as shocked as you guys are.*

And this current Bulls roster is supposed to beat the Heat in a 7 game playoff series?
Get real.
Maybe next year.
Of course i hope.
Mirotoc will gallop in on his magical horse and instantly make the Heat inferior to us just like BearPride and other members posts says. ummmmm yeah.....sure...............Godbless there lil hearts.
:andruw:
Nieve!!!!
I pity the fool.

BUT..there just might be a chance for Miritoc to make the Bulls superior to the Heat if Lebron signs with another team next summer......Cool, well sort of....*It sure wouldnt mean as much or be as bitter sweet.....so it wouldnt matter much then....
It would be TOO LATE for the Bulls to dethrone the Heat...........
OF COURSE I'll blame the slow moving Bulls F.O's standpat attitude the last 3 years for this outrage.
If i were Paxson or Gar, i would go into every offseason and tradedeadline with a "This Year", "lets put it together NOW" attitude especially with a player of Rose's caliber on my roster...Especially with the new fastpaced modern ways contenders are popping up like weeds in a garden...
Id do it while Derrick is young and on contract, and before he gets fet up too and goes championship hunting somewhere else like Lebron eventually did......Maybe if PaxGar had that attitude a few years ago like i have, the Bulls would of had a true contender BEFORE Rose got hurt in the first pace and a whole damned year was wasted........BEFORE MONSTERS LIKE THE NETS, NY AND INDIANA, OKC, HOUSTON, LAC or even the former Celtics or Heat were created....
All of those allstars coulda been Bulls players but they passed right past Paxsons blind eyes over and over and over and over again.........Enough of the ridiculous excuses people defend the Bulls F.O with.........Its past old.

I would of been on it before the Heat was even built.......
Gms like that get it done........
.Now, not 10 years from now.......
Time waits for noone and the window of opportunity is constantly closing year by year......
But but but, then Mirotoc will have to ride in on his magic horse to get the Bulls past Lebrons new team.Damn, nevermind.......................
There may be only one way for the Bulls to dethrone the current Lebron-based bastard of a Heat Team before its too late...
.And that would be for John Paxson and Gar Foreman to get off there stuck on stupid turtle-like asses and DO SOMTHING!!!!
I dont know about yall, but ive about had it with this "setting up for next year" bullshit ive been hearing like forever...

TRUTH that needs to be heard.
Wake the **** up Bulls fans.

LISTEN UP!!!!!!
LISTEN,UP, because this will piss some of you off like it did me......
Just recently in an interview, Pax said out his own mouth that his plan for the 2014 offseason is to set himself up for the draft.
WTF? THE DRAFT???????
Is he for real?

What?
Does he want to tank?
Does he want to totally rebuild around Rose?.........Again?
The new goal for Pax is draft positioning next summer because he simply doesnt have any confidence in his damn self.
He knows he's incapable and incompitent in making any worthwhile game changing moves so hes looking toward next years draft instead of looking around, crunching numbers and trying to figure out what can be done before the trade deadline.
Plus most importantly he's pretty much gave up on any hope of landing any of the top five 2014 free agents....Giving up on the 2014 free agent class before THIS season even started?.....Just wow man.....WOW!!!!!!!!!..

How much more cowardly can a GM be thats SUPPOSEDlY trying to bring titles back to Bulls fans....Damn Pax...Just DAMNNNN!!!!!!

And what about Jerry Reinsdorff? Maybe hes just bored of the idea of championships with both the Sox and Bulls....
I guess he wants to take our money to the grave with him....

He certainly aint helping his puppet John Paxson get it done either....

ENOUGH!

FIRE JOHN PAXSON and his troll GAR FOREMAN NOW!!!!!
The only thing that needs rebuilding is the fucking Front office.

Where the Hell is B.J Armstrong.
Let me start setting up interviews for the GM job...

I have PLENTY of ideas for GM prospects........

10 years with Pax.
Nice try but his vision is not working.

Time for new ideas...........................

Im sorry if this is too harsh for yall to have an open ear to, but ya need too because this is the truthful reality for Bulls fans.
Its been this way for 15 years AND STILL COUNTING..........

20 years is right around the corner ladys and gentlemen....

20 years is a long time for a big market team like the Bulls to NOT have a finals appearence, especially after the kind of blockbuster success of the 1990s.

This is our frosting on that cake and it tastes like shit.....
Give me a puke bag so i dont make a mess.

I thought you liked the Dunleavy signing.

I was just trying extremly hard just 1 more damned time to be positive about yet another stand pat summer with Pax before i ripped my gotdamned hair out.

Dunleavy?

I dont hate Dunleavy.

Its not his fault he got overwhelmed with John Paxsons spotlight as our GMs great expectations.

Dunleavys just.................well Dunleavy...

I guess Dunleavy is supposed to help the Bulls stay just good enough so Pax can set himself up for next summers draft.

The draft.

So we can get a championship 10 years from now.

Fine, let us Bulls fans stand pat and enjoy Paxsons draft dreams.

Who the Hell does John paxson think he is?

This isnt the 1980s and John is not Jerry Krause.

Or is he?

i agree the FO has dropped the ball...we have steadly got worse these past 2 years and with Deng's likely departure after this season means this year could be our last real chance to win a championship

look what Daryl Morey did...collected assets and shipped them all out and got a big time player is James Harden...thats how you do it...you cant fall in love with these role players and hold onto them until you gotta overpay or let them walk

Paxson is great at finding gems in the draft...he just doesn't know how to let go of them

At least someone sees reality as it stands and isnt hiding behind false hope and excuses here.
Good for you sir.
