The Bears will be picking no worse than 4th even with a win tomorrow. A loss tomorrow by the Bears and they won't be picking any worse than 4th after next weeks game even if they win.

Bears own pick, not Carolina's

Really need Bears to lose to Cards. Pats will struggle to win one more so if we can get 3 with our own pick and 1 or 2 with the Panthers that allows us to trade 1 or 2 for a boatload of picks while using 3 on MHJ.

Top 3 is a huge score as is.
Not if Williams and MHJ go 1 and 2. Being in the #3 spot would absolutely suck.

I think the Patriots are taking whichever quarterback is available to them, Maye or Williams, but I don't see the Cardinals taking Maye over Kyler Murray, and I'm not sure they'd take Williams over Murray either.

If the order is NE, AZ, CHI, the Patriots would take Williams and the Cardinals would probably take MHJ.

If the order is AZ, NE, CHI, you'd hope the Cardinals take Williams, Patriots take Maye, and that leaves you with MHJ.

But, I could see AZ just taking MHJ at #1 or trading down a spot with N.E to do it at #2, which would leave the Bears in a bad spot.

New England had the ball late in the 4th qtr and was losing 10-7...which became the final score. Too bad they could have gotten to 3 wins.

I think someone would need to payoff a Cardinal's opponent so they could win their third game

If the Bears get #1, they will be drafting Caleb Williams. If #2, then that opens up the trade down possibility.

Drafting #1 is the only option for the Bears. It is a must.

Third overall with either Maye or Williams on the board would be a bigger trade haul than what we got last year.

I don’t think the Bears will go Williams. Just give a 5th year option to Fields. Trade down. Get a QB like Daniels or McCarthy in middle of 1st. Let QB sit and learn behind Fields unless Fields rip shit Then trade either one

CAR is hot garbage and just lost the easiest game left on their schedule. Might be a better chance of the CHI pick being 3rd overall than CARs at this point.

Lol. Didn't know this would trigger you so much.

Missing out on Williams and MHJ, the two best prospects in this draft, would really suck. They can still get quality players at #3, but there's a reason those two are always brought up first around the league. They are that good.

More than quality. Excellent players will be there. But keep telling us how it would “absolutely suck”.

Because they aren't as good as MHJ and Caleb Williams. How is this hard to understand? It doesn't mean the Bears are screwed, it means the Bears missed out on two potentially generational talents, which is the part that would suck.

Zona probably trades 2. MHJ isnt worth passing up the trade haul for Williams or Maye. They arent one player away.

A lot of that is media and Lincoln Riley (does not always allow his players to speak to the media). If the Bears end up #1, they are drafting Caleb Williams.

What do you think this trade haul is going to be that Arizona is going to get?

I would imagine the Bears in your scenario would trade the first overall pick for maybe the #4-6 pick plus a haul of later round picks to a team that’s going to take QB1, and you think Arizona is going to trade to some team, who would also be in preferably the top six no later than 12 plus what? What would make it worth passing up on their next Larry Fitzgerald.

If the Cardinals are trading the number two overall pick and MHJ is on the board, then the Bears should be on the phone with them.

I think it depends on how Fields looks the rest of the season. If we had MHJ and Fashanu (LT) that would be sweet. Get an elite Center in the 2nd. This also SEEMS like a pretty deep QB draft class. Do they take one later?

Williams
Maye
Nix
Daniels
Penix
Sanders
JJM
Ewers

Bears don’t have a 2nd. They traded it to the Commanders.
