I've gone back and forth over whether or not I should get a tat. If I did, it would probably be on the back shoulder...a commemorative something for my grandpa...

They hurt...yeah....but it isn't an excruciating pain like most believe them to be. It also depends where you get them, if you get them in a sensitive spot where there is a lot of bone...it'll hurt (top of your chest, foot, hand). Places like on your arm don't hurt at all...from my experience.

I have 7 tattoos.

-RIP rememberance tattoo on my left forearm for my dad that passed away.
-Chicago Bears "C" logo on my right forearm.
-My initials on my left bicep.
-The Sublime sun on my right bicep
-LIVESTRONG on the top of my chest
-Finger mustache on my left index finger. It hurt lol.
-Originally I got the #7 below my right elbow for my "seventh tattoo". I did it stupid because I was at the tattoo place with my GF when she got one and just wanted to get one. Anyway I have since changed it to read SE7EN because it's still my 7th tattoo and it's spelled like the movie SE7EN which is my favorite and is a reference to the 7 deadly sins.

In the last picture we were staying at a friends place and they locked the door but left the window unlocked lol you can see the C logo.

The one of the sublime sun is exactly the one I want.

I'm not afraid of the pain at all, I heard from everyone that it is the most exaggerated pain in the world and my bro said it feels something like someone scratching your sunburn.

I have about 40 or so tattoos. Almost finished sleeving my right arm then going to work on my left arm sleeve. I have 2 on each leg and I have pure evil tattooed on the front of my neck in chinese. My newest one I got back in March which is my daughters name on my left arm. Most of my tats are skulls, reapers and flames.

it depends on who you ask. i have one on my wrist and i did all but cry like a little girl. it was painful. but a friend of mine (girl, mind you), got one in the exact same place and she said it didn't bother her at all.

I have two tats and the one of my wrist hurt SO badly... but then again, im a wimp and it was on my wrist... I'll post the pictures

Thats off to the side on my lower back... its the cross because I'm Catholic, the clover because im Irish, and my cousin who died of lukemia's initals in the cross--- she was only 16. So it's my family, religion, and heritage all in one. I got that when I was 19 and didnt think I'd ever get another one... but then i got this one:

That one is bloody and stuff because id JUST gotton it touched up.... but its the old school sox tattoo... it has a lot of meaning than just my being a huge sox fan- it stands for a time when players didnt get paid a lot.. there was no arbitration or players union... players played for the simple fact of loving the game of baseball. So no matter what happens in my carreer, and no matter how tainted some of these guys get ... it reminds me of WHY i love the game in the first place and to do my part to keep the game as pure as possible
