God hitchcocks strategies make for boring hockey. What's worse is they have such a shitty offense they can't even make the trap entertaining when they turn it over.

I noticed the puck bouncing quite a bit, and we had some issues with puck control. Lots of bad passes and poor puck possession at times.

I thought Shaw had the best game outside of his dumb penalty. He was bringing a solid effort every shift and creating chances on the forecheck and causing turnovers.

It sucks because this year I haven't had the time to watch every game, but I did catch the 3rd and on, as well as the highlights. I thought the Hawks deserved to win the game. Blues had a bit of luck with some deflections, but otherwise it should have been another W in the Hawks column.

Moral of the story? **** the shootout. At best, the Blues deserved a tie.

If Kane rolled around and played dead like that, maybe Jackassman would be suspended. I'm glad he's not a puss like that.

Second goal? Get the **** out of the way of your FUCKING GOALIE! They keep screening him I suggest Crawford take them out!!

Bickell has been MIA most of the season so far. If this continues, then I want Saad taking his spot on the top line.

The Blues offense certainly had nothing had nothing to do with this game. Regardless of the shootout.

The real issue was Seabs giving up the puck behind his net. Inadvertant bounce for Keith off a deflection and through Backes legs.

I can't wait for a goalie to take a concussion from a shot in the head in the shootout so that they'll have to open up the discussion of their danger and getting rid of them.

Maybe they'll begin mandating visors for goalies. Got to keep the game safe.

Coach Q continues to baffle me with his line combos... I just don't get it. Pirri is 2C. Period. I've already seen enough of Handzus and it's only the 7th game. He just can't keep up, and it is only going to get worse as the season goes on. Play him on the 4th line and use him in special situations... and let Pirri have a legit shot at 2C. The kid has a ton of offensive talent that is being wasted.

Q completely lost it last night. Kane on the 3rd, Shaw on the 1st, Pirri on the fucking bench after scoring a goal on the 2nd.

Q ripped the team, someone should rip him. Stop fucking around let them gain some consistency. Only move I'd make is Bickell-Saad....

I swear sometimes this team WINS despite him!!!

Yeah, and I heard he made a blunder in the post game and said he "doesn't really like to coach offense".

Well then, you should probably find someone that does...because your team is LOADED with offense. The lines, until Bickell pulls his head out of his ass:

Saad/Toews/Kane

Sharp/Pirri/Hossa

Bickell/Kruger/Shaw

Nordstrom/Handzus/Smith

Bollig should only be playing against a handful of teams...like St. Louis. Smith helps the team much more.

I won't disagree on Seabs, but the replay showed Keith's stick was moving towards the puck and the net--like he was shooting it. Just look at his face on the bench after the play--he knows he screwed the pooch and felt great shame.

I forgot about the first time. Even more reason for Seabs, Hoss, Q, or someone to get the salad spoons and remove Keith's head from his rectum.
