That is so awesome, it's my new signature.

I stole it from the Trib of all places. I thought it was the perfect summary of the relationship, and then the mustache took it to an all-time TCD high level of douchebaggary.

To be truthfull, I just heard about CBC and Coach AV. being pissed about us running up the score from someone who works with me, Why does it suprise anyone, when they always try to blame their mistakes on us, the playoff exists two years in a row, but they were the better team, the playoff goals scored on someone they claim to be one of the best goalies around who they gave a ton $$$ to be their goal tender who happens to have a five hole bigger then Shaniqa on the corner of Halsted. I laugh at this because this is the same old story with this team. Why does the NHL not wise up and stop picking this team to represtent Lord Stanley every freakin year. I am sooo happy they ran up the score just to let everyone know, if we ever need a win, Just play Vanloser. they are our bitches. they should take the current logo on their jerseys and put a vaccum logo, cause they suck!

This team continues to confuse and confound. Will the real Hawks please stand up? Or is this W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L pattern what we're going to get the rest of the way?

One thing that I've liked the last few games is Bolland's skating. It's really improved and he looks much more mobile and at ease when moving around out there so hopefully he can round into form offensively. Winning a few faceoffs here and there would be nice too, but that's probably asking too much...

Brouwer has quietly ascended to fifth among forwards in points. That's not saying an awful lot, perhaps, but it's a start. And he's actually not that far off his pace from last season. His goals are down, but that's what you'll get when using him as a fourth liner for much of the season so far.

Anyway, crushing the Canucks always puts a spring in your step. Better make sure there's not a let up against the Sharks, though, because there's really no room for error as tight as it is this season. The Hawks are still just 12th in the West with a .522 points percentage.
