It's not a GIF it's a PNG.

I had nothing creative or derogatory to post for a team called the "Wild".

They better win. I want a proper beating. All the goals that didn't go in last game better do it tonight!

while it may not be an exciting game it's still in division, and more importantly they seem to always get physical lately so they need to be on their A game in order to now succumb to injury from cheap shots.

Honestly, with the exception of St Louis, Colorado cause of that whiney baby they call a coach, and maybe Winnipeg cause I like the Jets (even though we keep beating them up), I really can't get excited about this division.

Nashville puts me to sleep. That came to a full truth when I started dozing off at a game against Minnesota.

Dallas annoys the crap out of me, but they've been getting their asses handed to them lately that they aren't competitive enough, and Minnesota has exciting potential, but they're not the North Stars.

I miss Detroit being in this division. Plain and simple.

Pretty much...Minnesota's not quite there yet in the Rivalry dept IMHO. They're ahead of Nashville and Winnipeg, but it's not quite knock-down-drag-out-where-you-hope-the-whole-fucking-team-dies-in-a-gasoline-fire.

I'm hoping for a win on pure energy alone, but my gut is telling me Q fucking with the liens is going to make that a task.

Honestly, my personal rivals are: St Louis, Detroit, Vancouver, Dallas, and Los Angeles... and in the friendly department, Anaheim.

Our rivals really in this division now seem to be the Blows and that's it. I don't see any hate towards any other team in this division.

As said before, I feel theres more of a rivalry with the Pacific teams than in our own division. It will change eventually... but that could take a while.

As for the game itself, I can see this one being a screw job somehow.

I'm not saying that they games aren't boring, just that they have been getting really chippy lately and if the boys on the ice don't keep the intensity up they are going to get hurt...

I'm kinda in the same boat:

Our franchise rival is Detroit...always was and always will be. You hate them but you respect them.

Our "Hot" rivals are St. Louis and Vancouver. They can both be given slow, sheet-lightning enemas.

Along your lines I'd consider SJ, Anaheim, and LA "Friendlies". They're good and provide good games, but i don't really hate the teams enough to hope love crimes happen to the players.

Phoenix, Colorado, Minny, and Dallas are close due to relative skill and/or chippiness, but just aren't quite there just yet. A good, or another good playoff series that goes all knock-down-drag-out and they'll be a good rival.

Every other team is just ballast for the meat grinder.
