TGDT: 4/6 Blues @ Blackhawks 7:00PM CSN

Hey, keep hope alive. But they play @CO, CO, and MIN. I don't see them losing those matchups even with a home and away. CO couldn't stop a pee wee team right now.

Eh they beat the Coyotes in Phoenix the other day. Any team can win on any given night.

I also don't think Minny really wants to lose their last game of the year at home in front of their home fans.

Everyone has also left the Ducks out of the equation. They have the Sharks tonight and then the Kings-Kings.

That's as hard if not harder than the Hawks schedule. After the way the Sharks game left the other night no way do they lay down for the Ducks tonight. Plus they still want 2nd in the Conference. The Kings won't lay down either.

Far from over.

Call it a gut feeling or whatever, but I think only a handful of guys will show up. This game I'm betting on Smith, Toews, Kane, Seabrook, Campoli, and Hossa that stand out as playing on fire (Smith trying to prove his worth). Keith will have his prequisite giveaways and at least three shots that go right into the shin of a defenter creating an odd-man rush. Campbell and Hammer will be unnoticable, but at least won't hurt the cause. Bickell will think he's the second coming of Gretzky and try to use finess he doesn't have in leiu of size he does, Kopecky will be unnoticable. Leddy will look okay. Stalberg will prove he does not belong on the Top-6, Johnson, Dowell, and Pisani will be less noticable than Kopeky. Frolik will be noticible in that he won't be able to bury a shot in a wide-open net, and Q will be too busy trying to get the perfect matchup and playing with the lines to find one that works tht no one can get anything going. Meanwhile, Crawford like usual plays lights out and is hung out to dry by the D.

Am I missing anything else that's been a mainstay of the season?

And believe you me, I hope you're right Acco, but my gut says that the team will stay this course in spite of a handful of guys trying to do their best to keep the hopes alive. If i'm wrong, though, that wll be some of the best crow i've eaten.

I disagree with Kopeky, you will notice him when his helmet flys off somehow with no one hitting him, will skate two laps around the rink to show off his hair to the ladys since I still think he is jealous of Sharp being the sexiest man chosen. To add to Hammer, he will add to his delay of games shoot the puck out of play, then give you that come on ref, please I ment to shoot it off the glass look. Some how I feel like hammer has taken a step down, since removing his visor from his helmet that covered his forhead....all this but......we still win Lordkotl...I will pre-heat the oven for your crow.

Didn't CO beat the Yotes in a SO a few days ago?

We can be in 7th at the end of the night if we win and the Ducks lose in reg, OT or a SO.

with the way their game ended the other night... Tonight could be epic...

There were two fights at once...

Yup... not a lot of fighting in the playoffs but the hatred is shown with awesome hits and all around intensity... would really look forward to that one.

Habs Bruins is another one I'm pulling for.

Sharp is now a game time decision for tonight.

That is the best news I got all day. I'd love to see #10 strap on the skates, but not at the cost of his health.

ESPNChiHawks Jesse Rogers

I might be wrong interpreting Q but Ben Smith might play not Scott..we'll see...BTW, said handling Turco internally but smiled whole time

StuGrimson

@ESPNChiHawks Zero reason for Scott not to play instead of Pisani tonight. Neither affect score and they need Scotts presense against Blues.

ESPNChiHawks Jesse Rogers

@StuGrimson agree 100% so maybe smith and scott play ....and no pisani...just not sure

The Blues have nothing to play for and won't give a shit about taking runs at Sharp or anyone for that matter. Scott better be in the lineup over Pisani.

Keep an eye on Shattenkirk that guy has been a scoring machine since being delt to the Blues. I figure you will see him doing a lot of shots from the blueline as he has been doing.
