I would think the coach is at fault for letting them go beyond the set limits. People have died due to that reckless decision and he should be punished.

It seems like an extremely difficult task from what little I’ve read and heard. I would have to say the only possible way I could save them all is to put all that engineering experience aside and simply rely on my inner warrior spirit.

Not really but suspect the coach was negligent. If I see anything to the contrary I’ll delve in further and put Mr Musk on the list of suspects.
