No rookies or even second year players have really shown any improvement, playing completely out of position still this late into the season. I would say some have even taken steps backwards. This is all on coaching.

Won't happen. They'll win enough games to pick in the middle of the 1st. Nobody will be fired, save for maybe a scapegoat. Trestman will be back because they'll have "fought back after a tough start" or some shit.

The only way to answer back in the 2nd half is that we need to run more screen plays, both with our RBs and WRs, we need to do some razzmatazz trickeration behind the line of scrimmage while Garza gets another 3-4 holding penalties, and DO NOT run the ball with Forte. I mean, we haven't as of yet. But don't start!
And Tucker's D needs to continue to make a shit QB look like a fucking HOFer.
