Honestly though, I've never really had an issue with heights except for some very select situations. Tall buildings swaying in the wind makes me quite uneasy. That's really the only one I can think of right now (I'm sure there's others though). Things like rock climbing/spelunking, standing on ledges or cliffs, ballooning/para-sailing type stuff, etc.; none of that ever really bothered me, but the fucking swaying building thing is just a creepy sensation.
What really freaks me out is extremely confined spaces. If I can't move I get super claustrophobic.
