I wouldn't be against trading Buff while his value is at it's highest that it might ever be. We can definitely potentially rape a team in a deal for him imo. I love the guy, but if we could be better off by trading him, then go for it.

Beach isn't exactly a midget. He's 6'3".

Beach is not even close to Byfuglien's size, I think Dustin has like 45+ lbs on Beach. Bickell would be the Byfuglien replacement. Beach is like nastier Andrew Ladd.

Someone does bring up a good point that this is likely the peak value for Byfuglien coming off an amazing post season. I don't think Byfuglien would work hard enough to drop 15-20 pounds to play as hard as he does all regular season as he does in the post season. He is know as real laid back guy when it comes to practice and off season training, and you can tell there are a lot of games he is just gassed out there because his conditioning is not the greatest.

All though it is hard to find guys as big as him that have the skill set he does and he also has added value being able to play defense as well.


Whatever happens I am not worried, Stan Bowman and the front office knew before signing Toews, Kane, and Keith what issues we would face this off season and I am confident they have a plan in place and we will be the team to beat in the west next season.

Beach can be a nasty dude when on his game.

Buff seemed to take too many shifts off in the regular season.

Ladd can get replaced by Beach...let him go too (will be sad)

Try and trade campbell because like someone else said, lalonde can replace him easy
