I think how the system works is that a persons account stores up all the negs given to it in the past by a certain poster and then unleashes a mighty blast equal to those received aimed at said poster..

mods got nothing to do with it.. It usually means you already disliked him recently, but again I don't know how it works completely as HHM claims BB can dislike him all the time.

Well if I built it, it would be designed in a way that all but 10 posters have red bars. It'd be a elitist club and they'd get to dislike everyone whenever they want.
