But GNC is having a sale today, pick 5 products for $20. Most of them include vitamins and what not so even if you aren't a health freak, you might like it if you need to restock on magnesium, vitamin b-12, vitamin D, iron, calcium, melatonin etc.. etc.. even things like hand lotion, aloe vera, and soaps.

Thought I would share with you guys/ladies since I was planning on doing it too and thought it was a really good deal... usually I wouldn't post stuff like this, but in this case my jaw dropped at how much of a steal this was. Not sure if the sale is in stores, but you can do it online.

Link here.

Anyone have any experience with weight loss/ meal replacement shakes?

Getting back into my routine after a back injury and wanting to drop weight as well.

I have in the past purchased from Max Muscle and Complete Nutrition but their powders for shakes are crazy in price and often wonder if it is worth it.

I personally use Nitro Core 24... I'm use to the Vanilla Ice Cream one but might try some of the other flavors. Good price IMO.

With all the shit that's out there nowadays, outside of just basic whey protein, I don't feel comfortable taking anything (vitamins are fine too).

I have buddies who take HEMORAGE or NOEXPLODE and that shit just looks like a bunch of unknown shit being dumped into a canister.

Yup. I don't take anything like that. Nitro Core doesn't have all that extra shit. It's a mix of carbs, protein, fiber, enzymes and good fats that literally give you everything you want in a recovery shake.

I would stay away from any of the weight loss stuff. They are typically gimmicks that are no good for you, and you're much better off just eating healthy.

We are actually affiliated with GNC, so any purchases made through us gives us a commission (if you check out the line-up, it is sponsored by GNC, if you click that and make a purchase it helps us out! Of course, along with checking out any advertisements that may interest you.). I usually wouldn't post any promotions through our affiliates, but I thought this was awesome. I had to take advantage of that deal myself.

If there are any other companies that you guys frequently buy through, let me know and I will contact them for affiliation. It helps the site grow and it's no additional cost to your purchases.

Usually when I affiliate with companies, they are able to provide me with really good deals/promotions separate from their normal campaigns. They also inform me when they run their own promotions/deals. If that helps people here, I would consider it further and give you guys/gals an opportunity to take advantage of that. If there is interest in this around here, maybe we can create a thread for coupons/deals around the web.

At the same time, I don't want to spam my own website... haha. But if you guys are interested in something like that, I can try to provide more of it if you give me a list of websites you frequently shop through.

I wish I had known that! You need to remind us of such things especially knowing it benefits you and the site.

I wish you could affiliate with Amazon, that's really the only place I buy anything from anymore. Except for this awesome new mom and pop Pharmacy that just opened in my neighborhood.

Duh, I have more:

Sports Authority: 20% Off A Single Item Over $99.99 use code SAVE20FEB... also 85% off winter clearance shit.

I figured I'd turn this into the coupon thread. I get emails all the time on these deals, plus if it helps a few people save a couple bucks then why not? Helps you, helps the site. I'm not forcing anyone to buy anything haha, I can care less. I've had these accounts for a while hooked up to IHN and took advantage of these offers myself but might as well start letting everyone know when I find good ones. Usually they are pretty shitty offers, but these two are the best ones I've seen recently.

Also, if anyone finds any deals, just post them in here. Doesn't have to be anything we are affiliated with... just any coupons you find put them in here.

I don't know anything about bikes, so I wouldn't know the difference. Looks like they have 30 different brands I never knew made bikes... Is Schwinn still around? Or do they suck too?

Schwin is still around I assume they are still good in areas, but I'm just looking for a road bike for commuting, and all they have reallyl is Tour de France brand.... really... that's a thing.

I haven't bought a bike in forever, the last one I bought was a nice mountain bike I got off my brother and was stolen out of my parking garage somehow....
