We also have CJ Wilson and Kapron Lewis Moore on the roster as of now and i'm not sure we won't cut him especially after the J.Howard signing but L.Houston is still on the roster and he can slide inside as well.

Not so much anymore. He slimmed down to the 260-270 range, he's doesn't have the same body as he did when he was in Oakland and did that a bunch. If anything, he continues to slide to 7/9-tech DE just like McPhee and Young do when they move to quasi 4-2-7 or 3-3-7 nickel packages. Most of the time, Fangio keeps OLBs out there and lines them both up as 4-3 style DEs or puts one with his hand in the dirt at End and the other standing (the 3-3-7 package/alignment).

Let's say there are 80 defensive snaps a game, which is probably a little high.

Base: 32 snaps
Nickel: 46 snaps

Base: 32x3=96
Nickel: 46x2=92

188 defensive line snaps to work with.

Hicks 45, I read last season he played 60+ which is way too many
Goldman 45
Howard 40,
Bullard 25,
Jenkins 20,
Unrien 10, obvious run downs, short yardage

McPhee/Houston 13, when they go with the 3rd and super long crew

I think the should keep guys fresh and healthy while working in Bullard to continue to develop.
