Also now reading that post presser and into the afternoon the "big plan" was to move waldron into the booth

This is where the reports of players going to fluberbus and Poles come into play, voicing their displeasure at this, and by 7am this morning fluberbus changed course and let waldron go.

Another rumor i 100% believe as they guy is/has been a weak leaders who can't make a correct/decisive decision to save his life.......hell; didn't he admit on hard knocks his wife forced him into the makeover with a new doo and beard?

total beta pussy...

Too bad everyone above him and the owner seem to be of the same ilk
If this is even 1% true. Then whoever fired Waldron should have fired Eberflus first.

Who the F-ch is running this team. Players??!!
If that’s the case get rid of every coach on the team. What a cluster this management has put together.

Personally I didn't expect anything to come from his press conference Monday as there was no way he'd face the music/press.....better to release a statement, let it marinate, gauge the reaction, then answer questions at a later date.

They're all petrified of being agressive and assertive.....and look like a football team run by HR

Think I read guy has had like 14 asst coaches quit/fired/resign in his 2.5 year tenure (and like 8 or 9 in last 10 months)

I'm starting to think this could be true.

  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
Seems to be that the management chain just looks for subby betas that buy into the hierarchy as opposed to being good at their jobs and innovative.
I bet Poles had to force Eberflus into firing his OC, hopefully with an ultimatum. Of course, the beta complied. I wish he didn't and they'd both be gone, LOL.
