I always used to like the lessons MJ delivered sometimes. Like when he pointed his finger at Mutombo after the poster. Mike always had a FU for someone in his way, just to remind them he was the King!

It would make me happy to see Jordan come back for just one game against the Heat just to wave his finger in Lebron face.

For those of you that missed out on watching basketball perfection, here's a video of some early MJ. Keep in mind, that a lot of the MJ stuff you see is after Mike became a less flashy, but lethal killer. This video is a lot of early MJ and shows the flash he brought to the game.

SCOTTIE HOLDING IT DOWN WHILE JORDAN PLAYS BASEBALL..

I remember this game and have it in my old vhs collection.
Pippen had an MVP type season in 94 as well as 96, and of course in 95 like in the game above..Best wing defender of his era...This is the type of hard working performance we saw dammed near every night from Pip through out his Bulls career with and without Jordan.....It was a fun ride fellas.....Whether people admit it or not, Pippen was an alpha dog superstar who most definitely would of dominated today's NBA...........

In this game Barkley starts out hot, but once Phil changes the defensive rotation and puts Pippen on Barkley, he shuts Charles completely down.
As Scottie begins pimping Barkley and teaching him what being a champion is all about, Barkley puts on his crybaby routine............:smug:

AS YALL ALREADY KNOW, SCOTTIE PIPPEN WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE MY FAVORITE BULLS OF ALL TIME....I LOVE JORDAN AND HE WAS THE GREATEST BASKETBALL PLAYER IN HISTORY,, BUT SCOTTIE WAS THE GLUE AND ENGINE THAT MADE THOSE 90'S BULLS TEAM GO.........TALK TO ANY FORMER BULLS PLAYER AND COACH, AND THEY WILL ALL TELL YOU WHO THE THERE FAVORITE TEAMMATE OF ALL TIME WAS........REAL TALK...

Here is one of those games where Pippen had to carry Jordan for about 3 quarters........
Ill never forget this one. Jordan was really chucking up bricks, not that this was Jordans norm, lol.
JORDAN did however get his shooting together in the later 2nd half though....
But Pip was still the alpha and omega in this one.

You being a huge Pippen fan, how mad were you when we got robbed at the Garden? Kind of sucks because Pippen's legacy would be looked at in a totally different way had he won a title without Jordan.

Ive always hated Hue Hollins.
He singlehandledly altered basketball history.

Pippens whole legacy would of been shed in a different light.
After the Knicks series, i have no doubt the Bulls would of gotten past the Pacers as the Bulls owned them in the 94 season.

Getting past Houston would of been a huge challenge for Cartwright with his 90 year old knees trying to defend Hakeem for a 7 game series.
But then again, im sure Phil would of rotated defensive assignments on Hakeem....
Other than that, The 94 Bulls and Rockets would of been a very good matchup..
They split the season series at 1 and 1.....Plus Hakeem and Pippen were the 2 names that constently came up for MVP.
Even though Hakeem won the honors, i felt Pippen was just as worthy.
He stepped up huge when Jordan left to go strike out at the plate trying to be Bo jackson.

Considering the Bulls only lost 2 more games than the season prior, had the 94 Bulls actually won the championship, it most certainly have tarnished Jordan's legacy at least a little.....

Also, Pippen wouldnt be called "Tonto" anymore had he won the 94 championship.
I used to wonder if the media calling Pippen, "Tonto" was racist considering that Scottie was the only player that has played in the NBA with Native American ancestry....

Hey Bulls fans.
You think times are hard now?
Just remember how sickning it felt watching Michael Jordan dropping damn near 30 points on us while reaching a new milestone in another uniform becoming the 4th player in nba history to score there 30000th career point.
And then embaressing our best player Ron LOL Mercer with a vintage block.
Now that felt like shit.

Remember the awesome MJ vs Reggie Miller battles? I actually remember a couple nights where Reggie shot so well he kinda took it to Mike. I also remember the night they 'dropped the gloves', and Mike got a nice right cross in vs Reggie (seen at 1:45). I hated Reggie back then, but I kinda like him now.

One of my favorite, but unknown Bulls players of all time, and the 1st enforcer to protect MJ, was Charles Oakley. Here's a lesson for the young in's that missed out on real basketball. This should give you an idea of what people mean by the NBA was tougher back in the day.

Reggje got on my nerves too Bearpride.....Bulls fans despised him almost as much as Knicks Fans. I think Knicks fans hated him more though, Lol.....Hates a pretty strong word for me considering i enjoyed watching him play and i didnt hate the guy, especially the way Reggie used to light it up at Madison Gardens........i know he hired extra security whenever he went to NY.....

My favorite Reggie Miller moment was in 1994 when he hit a game winning shot and bowed before Chicago Stadium fans without realizing there was still .8 seconds left thinking it was gameover..... Tony Kucoc taught iim a valuable lesson by hitting the REAL GAME WINNER, LOL......Great pass by Pip i must mention......
