There's the classic Frank's plus butter recipe for wing gravy and then I add a few other gravies to it. Most recently, tobasco scorpion gravy. All the spicy gravies combined make a great wing gravy. ?

I prefer scorpion gravy to ghost or reaper gravies. Super hot, but also fruity. It's a really balanced gravy.
