Anyone dabble in dry cereal? As a kid, I discovered that Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter was way better without milk, just the cereal. Recently, I discovered the same thing with Reese's cereal...fucking amazing.
Of course. If I was hungry I'd reach my disgusting hands into the box and grab a handful. Then comeback the next morning and pour a bowl. Post covid that seems a bit sketch.

The NFL draft is about a month away, and I thought I'd get my seaonal thread ready.

The Bears really needed to make a statement with their offseason hires, so they go out and hire Matt Eberflus and Ryan Poles. ?

I'll just say, I think the coaching staff is waaay closer to Fox/Loggains than Belichick/McDaniels. (From an effectiveness standpoint.) I don't even remember who the DC is to be honest.

My theme for 2022 is: The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Step one for me to feel better about the season is Poles prioritizing o-line and CB over WR. (That doesn't mean he shouldn't draft a WR.) We need a center, RG, and another OT because you cannot count on Jenkins and Borom.

Go to the largest building that you can find, go to the top floor and then jump.

Chocolate Lucky Charms. They are magically delicious. Used to love eating everything but the marshmellows and then eating all the marshmellows together.

Staff played a prank on me once and removed all the marshmellows from the box and resealed it. I was so pissed when I opened and there werw no marshmellows.

Best thing about getting these cereals for my kids now is getting stoned and stumbling into the kitchen and tearing through half a box of Reeses Puffs eating them a handful at a time...and then acting oblivious to why half the cereal is gone the next morning.

Literally they downsized a box of cereal so much over the years you can literally eat a whole box in one bowl lol

My kids are so spoiled they don't even recognize it. They got me a "present" of Oreo covered popcorn (Yes, it's apparently a thing, and apparently goes great with Tangerine Sativa) and they couldn't wait to try it. I ate half the bag (see previous note) and our dog finished it off and that was a week ago. They haven't said shit. My $, my popcorn, YOUR MESS TO CLEAN UP.

a constant joke in our house is the wife asking me the next morning what happened to whatever kids snack she got and I just say that some red eyed monster must have snuck in the house

I've done exactly that many times, and then my wife checks foodstuffs for when the granddaughters stay over with us and says, "I don't recall the girls eating Reese's Puffs last time they were here" when she finds the nearly empty box.

lucky-charms-frosted-flakes.jpg

I found these either last year or 2 years ago and they were pretty awesome. I don't think they make them anymore though. So now I just have to combine them on my own.

I'm just not sure if they are Frosted Charms or Lucky Flakes.

Have you ever heard of French Toast Crunch? It's a pretty solid cereal. Not sure if they make it any more. But 12 year old me would murder that cereal.
I've seen it at the local Commissary, so maybe General Mills still makes it.
