Yet you have them acquiring Quinn for what is essentially a 1st and a 3rd, and then paying him 13 mil for what would essentially be a one year contract

Um a 2nd and 3rd arent essentially a 1st and 3rd?!?! They are literally a 2nd and 3rd!!!

Quinn, like Stafford just needs a new home. Someone who believes in him

Jags can take a DE at 1 and pair him with Quinn. Hell they may trade out of 1 and get a haul. Which may keep them in a top 1,2 DE position or not. That trade out would make the draft interesting. They have the flexability to do many things...

You think Von Miller, Chandler Jones, Emmanuel Ogbah, Jadaveon Clowney or Haason Reddick would actually want to go to JAX and not some contender?.. JAX may have to trade to get someone of note...

Jacksonville's 2nd round pick is the first of the round.

I think they want to get paid.

I think Jacksonville wants to build a young team, not acquire over priced 32 year old DE with maybe one good year left.

Does anyone think Tarik Cohan is ever going to play football again? Whatever they did to his knee did not work, or he would have been back last year. Knees do not take two years to heal. Ask RG3.

I’d put a lot of money he’s under 4.50. A lot.

Yes. He will play again and he will most likely be fine. He took the ultra conservative route for his recovery, which is completely fair considering his freaking twin brother died too. The lack of empathy shown by some Bears fans is embarrassing.

Kyle Fuller sat out a whole year and lots of people were preaching to move on from him and then he turned into a pro bowler.

I agree he even said it was a mental issue not physical, he will be back and another offensive weapon, Monty, Herbert, Cohen, Newson, Harris, all good players to help Fields with a creative OC.

What?

No suggestion of a falalae pick?

You're better than that.

He is in recovery. He has seen the light. Give him some time to work through the processing.
Actually, while Faalele is my first pick, I'm okay with Penning or Kinnard as well.

Also, if someone is willing to put forth the effort to do a mock offseason/draft, then I'm not just going to crap on it because I don't agree with the conclusions.

He has a plan to go young and get a lot of draft capital. I tended to do that with my mocks (I prefer trading down as opposed to dealing players, put people's mileage may vary).

Just because he didn't do it the way I would doesn't mean it's dumb or foolish.

I think he's executed it pretty well, even if it isn't what I would have done, in my opinion. My biggest quibbles were trading Cohen and on a late-round receiver. But it's not a bad mock.

Has any nfl team ever acquired 8 additional draft picks 30-60 days before a draft.....by trading their marginal to crap players?

Let me know what you find out.

Jax first pick is in what round? yeah the 2nd........ its a second man.... no 5th year options.... its not a 1st...

I think stafford was older when he went to LA.... old man quinn will lead the Jags to 4-13... make it happen poles..

Rams need to clean up pat snaps/holds to dominate and repeat since it almost cost them in super bowl

Scales for LA 3rd rounder....whenever they next have a 3rd rounder.

NFL.com 3 round mock has the Bears taking Chris Olave. I would be pumped if that happened.

And Faalele in the 3rd. lol
Really couldn't ask for the draft to fall any better then he has it going with us getting C.Olave in the 2nd and D.Faalele in the 3rd round, but they also have Bernhard Raimann (OT Central Mich) going at pick #62 in the 2nd round who i'd love to take with our 2nd rounder and Christian Watson (WR North Dakota St) going at pick #91 in the 3rd who i'd love to get with our 3rd rounder.

2nd--C.Olave
3rd--D.Faalele
or
2nd--B.Raimann
3rd--C.Watson

I'd be very happy with either.
