I played the remastered version because I didn't have a PS3. I was impressed with how tense the game play was. It had my complete attention every time I played.

My only real complaint was there wasn't any sort of open world aspect to it, and all the encounters were very controlled. As soon as I finished the game I wanted to replay but I realized I still had every encounter and enemy movement in my head and essentially would be doing the same exact thing on a replay. Also, the abrupt ending was kinda lame. I don't know if those ever work.

I mean, the story is what makes the game for me, not the gameplay. I don't think the gameplay is crap, but it's definitely nothing special. I did like the stealth aspect of it though at times.

The bow was my favorite weapon. I need and unlimited arrow cheat
