It’s easy to forget how quick Forte was in his prime. Also makes me wonder if Monty is fast enough for the NFL.

I remember watching Forte's first game and knew he'd be special after a few plays. He had a big game that day and there was never any doubt. Keep in mind, his line boasted players like Josh Beekman, John St.Clair, and John Tait's final year, so the line wasn't great either - no excuses.

I still need more time to watch Monty, but like I said when we drafted him, his combine 40 time was slower than Howards.

I do not know why this board always thinks our draftees are headed to canton before playing a down, but it happens all the time. This guy might be too slow.
