I have a colleague that has done about 5 half IMs and is signed up for his first IM. Crazy people. I only did a sprint tri and it was ridiculous. Huge props to anyone that can do even a half IM.

I'm a diabetic. I was first diagnosed in August of 2012. I should've known before that due to my symptoms I was displaying. Mainly my rapid weight loss and constant urination. I dropped about 80 pounds in about 4 months while not exercising one bit.
