I have a lot of NAS, and have such a difficult time really getting into him. Can't understand it.I'm going to try listening to him more, because it seems like someone I'd really like. I love the song "If I Ruled The World," but it's the only one that's stuck in my head as far as NAS.

illmatic is his first album and is a classic...i personally think "i am" and "stillmatic" are better albums because the story telling he does on those albums are second to none
undying love is one of the greatest story tracks in hip history to me..and rewind is dope as ****..he tells the story backwards...i am and stillmatic are better listens if you're trying to get into nas

This is not bullshit. I was 14 when Illmatic came out. It changed the way I heard music. With that said, I still like Stillmatic more which says so much about how underrated that album was and just how good his music was. Nassir is easily god status.
Lupe is very underrated and easily a favorite. Everything of his from the Fahrenheit mixtapes, to the the Friend of the People mixtape he released which is what Lasers should have been, to his first two studio albums which are easily classic albums to his latest. He has stayed consistent, don't things his way and has continued to be very very good.
