Unless the money is just crazy different, I have no idea why a top candidate would want to go to LV. Working for Davis and Brady?! 3 playoff teams in the division with all young QB’s under 30 and elite coaches, Herbert/Harbaugh and Mahomes/Reid and Nix/Payton for 6 games a season? I don’t see Raiders winning much for a long time….

WTF has brady done outside of be a GOAT QB? Guy likely doesnt have the first clue on being an executive and owner.
BJ may only get one shot at being a HC for a long time, like you said I cant see him risking that for Aidan O connell and in that division.
He's already super familiar with this division and knows how to scheme against all these defenses, including the lions.

Agreed. Imagine being on a losing streak and Brady steps in the locker room as your making a speech and players staring at him asking for his autograph. Or worse Brady wanting to make speeches asking you to step aside. Sounds shitty to me.
