I've watched the Bluray many times, and reading his lips, he says 'you guys' while pointing to the team. As much as Kane, or numerous others, might've deserved it, he's pointing at the entire team.

I don't think so. I think he was pointing to Kane for scoring the game winning goal. Kane most definitely could have won the Con Smythe too.
