I live in Rockford. Everyone is freaking out about being on the list lol.. It's not really that bad here.. There are some real nice parts of the city here, but also some bad parts. It's just the idiotic people that run around the city thinking they are tough. It seems like 3-4 times a month you here about a party getting shot up. Some parts of the city is just horrible. Filled with "tough guys"... If you stay around the right people, your fine.

I think Newark, East St. Louis, Compton and cities like that are more dangerous.

When people ask where I'm from I usually just say Rockford because I get some funny looks when I say "Machesney Park".

Well Rockford was once rated as the 499th best place to live (out of 500) and also topped a list for "most affordable" housing. So being on this list doesn't really surprise me that much.

I am shocked that the rhine is not on that list in cincinnati.

I got lost in OTR while leaving a coaching clinic around 11 at night once. Talk about scary. I was the a white guy driving an SUV.

drove through rockford yesterday on the way to the meetup. i saw like 4 gangland killings shit was crazy.

i also saw some old guy shaving his knuckles waiting for a red light. **** rockford that place is CRAZZZYYY
