Actually that is pretty funny- those guys in Manhattan think that they're getting an enforcer and will be a load in the playoffs etc... and well... Johnny only ever fought by the Marquis d' Queensbury rules-- Gentleman Johnny, Gentleman pugilist and sorta threat --- like the guy in front of you with a cold at the salad bar. (Man I hope that glass works).

Look...Bowman didn't strike out but he certainly didn't hit a home run. Hell, he probably only hit a single.
Prices were high and very few players seemed to be available. This trade deadline saw very little action overall.
Not too happy with today but it is what it is. Defense will be improved and hopefully some shit happens on offense. Something needs to happen somewhere.

Oduya will help - and I say this being a person that thinks he is overrated.
The defense improved today.
A 2C would have been great, didn't happen.
I expect to see Pirri up for Wednesday.
