If only they could hard foul AND beat them on the court...but alas such a thing is not possible. At least for now hopefully.

Maybe you are right man...now I never called you dumb...just think your reactions to what Lebron did is dumb. Ask yourself...if you hard foul Lebron (who on this team can do that? Good luck with that Aaron Gray...) what's next? If Gray can hard foul Lebron, Shaq can end Rose's career...is it worth that? Or do you beat them on the court and he don't dance? I think my idea is sooooo much better than yours.

Sorry for calling you dumb if you took it like that, I was just calling your generalizations that not you specifically. Just as you were attacking my post. What really bothers me about your posts is not your opposing opinion or manner you present it but that you don't really read my posts and just draw generalizations from them. Then we have a long winded debate about something completely different because we are both stubborn.

Yes I really think someone (Gray or JJ) should have knocked him on his ass. Shaq wouldn't have retaliated because he was out of the game at that point and we sat all of our starters by then. But I am not saying we should have done it with any intent to injure him, just send a message that you can't mock us and get away with it. Seriously, when have you ever seen a player dance on the sideline in the middle of a game. He really should have been fined or given a technical, if it were anyone but Bron or wade or Kobe, they would have gotten it.

I would let Lebron dancing at the sideline. To foul someone because he´s having fun has nothing to do with sports.

Beat him and then dance by yourself.

Btw I think a hard foul would make it even worse. When Lebron gets angry he will kill you all alone!

I never thought you called me dumb...not at all, you think my opinion is wrong...as I yours. I happen to think you have intelligence, based on limited information of course...we only talk Bulls not anything else...

I know your view...its wrong! Simple as that. You don't send Lebron messages by knocking him on his ass. The Pistons were not trying to knock Jordan on his ass...they were trying to hurt him! Lebron is 6'8" and 270 pounds man! He is stronger and faster than everybody on our damn team! You cannot win that battle. And if Shaq, or somebody, didn't get Rose Friday...he would have got him in March...believe that.

Let's just say that if anyone on this team can knock LeBron down, that person needs to start showing some power on the court. LeBron is a freak athlete and a tank, and he might be able to beat the crap out of JJ despite his martial arts background on sheer force alone. No one on this team can take LeBron...it's stupid to try to think that a hard foul would do anything. To beat LeBron, you have to beat him on the court.

I disagree the Pistons weren't trying to hurt MJ. They were trying to intimidate a younger, more finese team. They got in guys heads, I wouldn't make them into thugs. I happen to appreciate their style, I think you are just too close to it being a bulls fan. It wasn't enough to break bones just cuts and bruises, maybe a bloody nose. And I don't think a contending team in the Cavs would try to hurt Rose with one of their star players either.

If you believe that...you really didn't watch the Pistons...and I don't appreciate their style. They played dirty basketball at times. You should watch some old tape of them man.

You are the first on this forum to accuse me of Bulls bias. I am the most objective of any Bulls fans I know, especially on this forum. So no, has nothing to do with me being a Bulls fan. I watched the 50 games the Bulls played against the Pistons from 88-91...the Pistons were a dirty team. Talented, but dirty.

Shaq could knock the hell out of Rose and get suspended for a few games. Nothing much could be done besides that.

Then you must be Stig Junior. Because there is some guy on Chicago Now named Stig with the same damn opinions that you have. For some reason, someone else sharing your opinion makes me incredibly sad.

Can you really do anything physical these days like you could in the old days though? I'm not sure the Bulls lack toughness, I think it's more that what is and isn't acceptable in sport has changed.

Not in their gritty style of play but in attitude. Noah maybe our toughest and most in your face player but he is just talk. The Bron incident yesterday really brought this to light. Go back to the Jordan days, do you think the knicks or bad boy pistons would have let MJ get away with dancing on the sideline? They would have given him a hard foul or flagerent and let him know you can't get away with that. Fast forward to yesterday and no one outside Noah even said anything. Your getting blownout on national tv, their is a dance squad on the sideline and guys like Gray or Johnson or Hunter can't get together and stand up for the team? Maybe, I just think the game should be played like it was back in the dynasty days, where if someone is lighting you up you give him a hard foul or trip him up a bit. Rattle the cage.

Thats what I'm talking about, Aaron Gray has one job on this team, deliver hard fouls, if he can't be the team GOON, he doesn't deserve a spot on this roster.

Hockey doesn't have goons anymore...why would the NBA?

Thats what I was hoping for. On the subject, pti talked about this and pretty much said what I did. They also said Bron was clearly wrong and that Noah was right.
