One year can make a huge difference on an older NBA vet.

When Bosh was hurt and they needed Hedo to step up to make the playoffs, did he? Nope. Gone, didnt even see him besides that one strong rebounding game he had.

yeah thats because he was on the biggest basketball stage, the nba finals.

and having howard is a big help too, hedo is what he is in toronto. he was brought in there to be the number 2 scorer with the raps but disappointed. jarret jack avg better numbers i believe.

yeah that was with orlando, but its all about what have you done for me lately.

and lately he hasnt been good. but yes, if it can get us bosh then ill be all for it.

A suspected deal would at minimum be this:

CHI trades: Deng + Hinrich + expiring(s)

TOR trades: Bosh + Johnson (or Hedo) + cash considerations

How could you trade expirings when they are already without a contract? They would have to be signed first.

If it means taking off Deng and Hinrichs contract then i guess i would do it. But taking Hedos contract doesnt give us a chance at landing another top FA. With Johnson, you probably would still have the money.

No no no, expirings mean players with 1yr left on their contracts going into the following season. Not guys who are current free agents.
