Replace front office - coaches - flip the roster.

AK put his fate on not making any changes and re running the same group and it didn't work. Everything derailed after Lonzos injury but that's the way it goes sometimes. Maybe his rep was built on others in the Denver org. They haven't been to bad after he left.

Don't mind Billy but you just need a new voice from time to time. Doesn't seem this group wants to play for him. Disjointed and most of the players look like spectators rather than participants.

There are a couple of players I would be ok keeping but flip 80-90% of roster.

Trade
Lavine
Williams
White
Dosunmu
Vucevic
Drummond
Ball - Not sure if you can gat anything

Caruso & DeRozan - Hate to see them go but they have value and would like to see them have playoff/potential championship run which isn't happening here.

Get young guys who aggressively play the game/want to compete and draft picks.

Use to watch most of the games, now I check in every once in a while for a few minutes then more on to something else.

Main issues with team - overall not great athletically - poor defense and rebounding - inconsistent/streaky shooting - poor at finishing at the rim - no rim protection - poor ballhandling - misses a lot off easy baskets -
