Gotta ride Williams/Herbert and see what they can do. Williams looked good on his snaps against the Lions. Curious to see Herbert get some run as well.

We still don't know how long Monty is going to be out for, but if it's only 2-3 weeks, I think they can manage. If it's longer than 2-3 weeks, I could see bringing someone in.

He is done IMO. Baltimore would have grabbed him if he had anything left.

UGA RB's just always seem to fall apart

We definitely need to bring in someone that can get YAC. After Monty we don't have that between the tackles runner. Our RB room favors Nagys play calling now instead of yhe Lazor game plan. The reason our play action was successful was the threat of Monty . Without him, our play action and heavy package isn't as effective.

Surely someone on this list has less miles
Wasn't there a rumor not too long ago that we had C.Thompson in for a tryout? Pretty sure i heard that and he's had his good seasons in the NFL as a T.Cohen type gadget RB.

I believe and always have believed in D.Williams so i'm happy with him as our #1 for a couple of games, just hoping Herbert is ready for 5-8 touches a game which i think he could be.

Yall kidding yourselves. It's Ryan Nall SZN!
Can we somehow convince Ryan Nall that its preseason still? That guy always has a couple of explosive plays in preseason that leaves you wondering "what could be" but in limited regular season snaps usually seems pretty run of the mill. Maybe if he thinks its still preseason we might actually see something form him if they bring him up ;)

Why overthink it? just go with Williams and Herbert until Montgomery is back. Dont waste cap resources that roll over on a washed up RB when someone as good or better is already on the roster.
