Juan really scrapping the bottom of the shit barrel with that quote.
I don't know, if I am AD, knowing my starting LT 's entirety of his NFL experience is that he got together with the guys lifted a few weights and possibly did a few reps against imaginary DL's, would be totally reassuring.

There is a totally different feel about Justin Fields than Mitch Trubisky. I like and always rooted for Mitch until his last snap as a Bear, but I feel almost a foregone conclusion that Fields is going to be a franchise QB. It seems interesting that the coaching staff seemed to talk up Trubisky to the media at every opportunity and it feels like compliments about Fields almost need to be dragged out of them, like they don't want to let the cat out of the bag about what they have in him.

As a fan, I just want honesty and clarity about the Teven Jenkins situation. Don't blow smoke up my ass about how he's ready to start right now. I don't think he developed a case of adult onset spina bifida but he's supposed to be a violent mauler so I don't think a sore back would typically even register with a beast like this dude. So the truth of his situation is somewhere in the middle. Tell us the truth so we can set our expectations now, rather than filling in this Kevin White sized hole with our own imaginations.

I generally think Pace isn't horrible (he's not great either). There are some positions he does better at evaluating than others. He seems to excel at D-Line and D-back. What is frustrating as a Bears fan is it seems like there have been a few high-level draft choices that have come in and were sitting immediately. I'm not sure if the Bears need to up their game with pre-draft medical evaluations or what, but it is frustrating for all.

It's neat to watch Justin throw a football.
