Guys, back tightness is nothing to worry about. I started cycling a little over a year ago, and have had some serious back tightness. As in, I now have a REALLY tight ass. So Teven Jenkins probably just has a really nice ass. That's what they mean. Nothing to get all worked up about. Or is it? ;););)

muscular dysfunctions
invertebrate disk degeneration
disease of internal organs
