I feel bad for Flacco.... he's already big he shouldn't need more growing the way Trestman wants to do it. I don't know.. Flacco's last two OCs got HC jobs after 1 year basically. So maybe Trestman thinks that fits him.. strange since it was thought by some he was going to Oakland under Del Rio

He kinda reminds me of being an Anti-Harbaugh so I think it's a great dynamic there for him to be OC. He's always had the offensive mind, people never disputed that, he lost the locker room and couldn't get it back which became his main problem. I think OC is a good position for him. At least for a year till the league figures out his new gimmicks...
