Its moreso about fit. Lockett style of play is similar to a guy we already have on the team. He does it from the slot a lot, however

Lockett doing what Mooney does, but from the slot is a good thing. Draft your X WR. You can't discount a player because he's not tall enough. If he can play, he can play. Lockett certainly can play and the Bears need an X and a slot.
