Our PDL team just had a record 11 players selected in the MLS draft. I wish the fire could have slapped 'homegrown' dibs on them all. Especially Mallace and Estridge.

BTW, if you ever get a chance to go support the PDL guys at their games, it is usually free and always a good time--and the guys really do appreciate it.

Don't worry, I don't drive on the sidewalks in Bridgeview. Anywhere else, yes, but I try not to give us Fire fans a bad rep with the people of the city.

I get the memo. I'm back to annoy and inform. But mainly annoy.

For the record, the changes to blind bidding don't apply to the semifinals and finals, so if we are in the same situation as last year, where its us vs Seattle in the finals... they'll just outbid again.

Fire PDL is a great time. The best game may have been against Hamilton FC when their coach essentially told us to shut up... that was a bad move on his part. Or any game against the Michigan Bucks....

I got hurt during training and wasn't able to run for the 3 months leading up to the marathon. Still managed to run most of it until my legs cramped up so bad I had to walk the last 5 miles. Took me 5hr 30 min, which,, was way under my unrealistic goal when considering my injury... this year will be much better.
