Uncommon BBQ side dishes Thread

Okay so we have obvious side dishes like cole slaw, baked beans, mac and potato salad but what are some things you like to have at least halve of the time when you have made some delicious BBQ like 30 minute ribs, 45 minute brisket or crock pot pulled pork?

I serve elotes (off the cob in a bowl) at least 80% of the time when I'm throwing down a Q

Also, deviled eggs a close second at 65% of the time.

Roasted beet salad comes in just above 50%

Bonus: do you consider tacos to be BBQ or nah
Grilled sweet corn>>>>>>>>>life. Little bit of olive oil, black pepper, garlic salt.

Grilled is certainly awesome, but any sweet corn is my jam.

Absolutely, add to it, subtract from it. Make it your own. I’d add some lime juice to keep the avocado.
