That was a tough one. Hawks played to win and looked good. They controlled the game and the last powerplay showed a lot of promise - super basic and quite effective. Just couldn't get one past.
Tough loss and it doesn't get any easier with Lundquist coming up.

it may not have been phoenix, it may not have been edmonton......we still lost. them playing "better" is positive self reinforcing thoughts for us fans to hold onto something, no offense to you. My point, its still a western confrence loss.

They played well though. Like, night and day better than they have been. Against a top team and a top goalie. I know they still lost.
Come on man... I know we can keep shitting on them but I'm getting tired of that. I'm going to take positives from this game and move on.
