Lol I agree completely but dont listen to me.don't listen to hhm. you can be perfectly healthy with a vegan diet, tho it probably takes more effort than you are used to spending on food.
but only reason to go vegan is for ecological reasons (animal farming is basically destroying the planet) or for some sense of compassion for animals or something.
its not really necessary to do it for health. if you just want the health benefits, just stop eating processed food, make sure your diet is varied, eat lots of fiber, limit dairy, and try to shift meat to a side rather then center of every meal.

I cook at least I completely vegan meal a week (one dinner) it isn't easy lolI’m a vegetarian at home (definitely not so outside the house)by default since I’m the cook and the other family members living under my roof are vegetarian. So I’ve learned to cook vegetarian. Not a problem in terms of sourcing product since I have a very large garden year-round. The challenge is in all the prepping and cooking, veggie meals do require more effort and time.
Vegan is next-level, not planning on tackling that one.

My wife recently went vegetarian. Has been doing it a few months and I agree. I cook most of the meals and the prep time can be a *****. We've had some good stuff and also some really bad stuff. Tofu tacos are horrible, FYI. I could never do it full time, but it hasn't bothered me one bit eating less meat.I’m a vegetarian at home (definitely not so outside the house)by default since I’m the cook and the other family members living under my roof are vegetarian.
