I thought maybe they'd try Grasu at RG see how he does there before putting him in at C. I usually don't worry about rookie OL not standing out but Grasu looked terrible against 2nd/3rd stringers all preseason (stood out in negative way) and now our best OG has to slide inside because he's still terrible.

I fucking hope he isn't Beekman 2.0

From the way they were talking, sounds like Grasu just isn't an NFL player. At least not at this point. Would be extremely surprised of he played at guard, or any other position, anytime soon.

Color has nothing to do with how he sounded. It may be for others but all I saw was a player knock it out of he park, in a manner that most players do not. I didn't expect to hear a guy struggling to make a roster sound like he knows his shit like Acho did.

Exactly what I was thinking. In regards to Grasu, he plays too high and my guess is that he's getting thrown around like a rag doll.

I myself stutter and have been for about 40 years. Many people think it's something that is physical but its not physical at all. Basically, your brain is trying to do two things at once..... speak and hold back. When these two forces occur at the same time, the "result" is a stutter. This is something we struggle with each day.

Slauson says Cutler is a beast and gives the team a lot of confidence, really? Bullshit Cutler is the devil & any smart fan knows Slauson is only saying this because he doesn't want to tell the fans his true feelings about Cutler. :thinking:

Edit: maybe Desperado is right and he is a Cutler fan boy. Which makes Slauson a moron. How could he believe in Cutler with all the smart media and knowledgeable fans constantly trying to inform him just how awful Cutler is and how detrimental to the team he is. If Slauson really does like Cutler, then I hope the Bears get rid of him soon. This team needs to get rid of all things Cutler ASAP if they ever wish to move forward. Get rid of the oft injured, turn over machine, that slacks off & is hated by all of his teammates.

Damn, how does the coach killer always seem to fool players into supporting him.
