Shaq was already breaking down by the time Wade main-manned that team and you know it.

Please name me one thing that D-Wade can do on the court that Kobe cannot.

If you concede that Shaq was breaking down when Miami won the title that is an even stronger testament towards Wade being better.

Kobe played with a Shaq 1 and even 2 years YOUNGER the 2 previous seasons and DID NOT win the title. With lesser talent on the team, Wade won it with an older Shaq.

Kobe didn't win anything those 2 years when he was essentially where Wade was on that title team. Kobe didn't win a thing again until Gasol in his prime showed up.

And if you don't think he's better, you'd have to concede he's pretty much his equal skill-wise and certainly statistic-wise, yes...?

On top of that, Wade is doing all this at just 6-3"...6-4."

I doubt Kobe could do all he's done if he was just 6-4".

You already used the broad "Shaq" analogy... and have went against your own grain of logic. You are playing both sides of the card, saying

You do realize that the 2006 Heat actually had a PF when they went to the Finals, and played in an extremely watered down NBA in terms of titkle contenders. The 2004 Lakers were without their PF, Malone, in the Finals when they lost in the Finals.

lol at again avoiding naming one attribute of Wade's game which Kobe lacks.

That Miami team in 2006 was deeper than any team Kobe Bryant has ever had.

So... I can just turn that right around and say that Kobe's teams in 2009-2010 were better teams than Wade's in 2006... so therefore Kobe>Wade.

But that would be pointless... because we both know that is not an accurate way to compare two players.

Agree there...Kobe is entering the beginning of his decline, while Wade is still in his prime.

Over their careers though, to me Kobe is the better guy.

I think you also have to take into account that Kobe has played twice the number of seasons as Wade and yet has missed fewer games in his career. No matter how good you are you score 0 points in games you don't play.

I'm from Miami, moving to Chicago. Been a heat fan all my life, until now that is. Bulls have moved to #1 for me, regardless of stats. The Miami fans dont compare to Chicago's, and the Heat history does not compare to Bulls history. I am one of those Kobe haters that think his ego overrides his skill, for me at least. I cant stand when these superstars let shit get to their heads. I dont care how much money you make. Wade decided to move into the Hollywood limelight and moved down my list of people I admire. He'll have his reality show soon. I dont like how he wasted Chicago's precious free agency time. He knew exactly what he was doing and so did the rest of the "South Beach" mob. Wade is a great ball player, you cant take that away, but to state that Wade is Kobe............c'mon man. Just look at the three ball alone. As much as I dont like the guy, Kobe is MUCH better than Wade and any comparisons should be held until Wade's got a few more years under his belt.
