According to 670, Waldron doubled down on his decision to hand the ball off to Doug Kramer when he met with the media today.

"Waldron stood by his decision to hand the ball off to Kramer with the game on the line"

"I was confident in the call and would call it again"

🤡

This MFer is going to call it again vs Arizona just you watch

What i expected them to do eventually is a play action fake and then a throw to kramer after he leaks out from his blocking duties when he's wide open. Teams have done that plenty.

Thats actually a smart play.

Running a 300 lb center who never played RB in that part of the game was dumb AF.

if the coaches knew he struggled with under center handoffs, then it sounds like it was still a dumb decision!

MAKES YOU THINK!!!

the handoff to kramer isn't a bad idea
It totally was a bad idea IMO. Inexperienced player, tight game, rookie QB. Its a gimmick call when you are up 21.

You have got Swift and Johnson right there to take a handoff and instead he invites disaster. Anywhere on the field thats a bad call in a tight game.

The play was not gonna work anyways......

We all know you run Swift or Johnson, but to run a backup center with lineman gloves on,while his thumbs are heavily taped wearing elbow pads is even dumber.......

How was he to carry the ball when he cant feel the ball......

You can blame Caleb, shit happens, but the call, who ran it and what he wore to carry the ball is more to blame.....Hey Waldron?

Your point about the handoff is correct. But there is somewhat of an excuse for the bad exchange. Not my opinion, it was brought up on a sports talk show and it kinda made sense.

Kramer is like 6’5” and typical RB is like 5’10” so 7” difference. So QB has this natural way of handing the ball off and maybe the size difference came into play. No excuse, still a dumb call.

Remember when Nagy said he wasn't hired to run the I-Formation, and then the next Sunday play 1 was out of the I-Formation.

Fucking cocksucker.
That’s funny shit if Andy Reid does it.

Nagy sucked though so he couldn’t pull it off.

Poles should pull both Flus and Waldron in the office and say if he ever sees that shit ass play again they can pack their bags and fuk off immediately. Poles should also be reaming Flus’s ass for that embarrassing showing and all the fuk ups and put him on notice, specifically for the last 2 plays then doubling down with those plays to the media. Let’s face it, if someone screws up that bad on their job, any job, they get fired or put on notice.

The Bears keep hiring these clowns, it’s unreal.

No it's not a smart play. It's a dumb fucking play especially given the amount of receiving talent this team has.

Wasn't that him being a dick though? If i recall, he ran the ball far more that week than he ever did. Either way, Nagy sucked and Eberfluss amd Waldron suck.
