No, I wasnt confident going into the game, and once Santos missed the extra point I felt it was inevitable.

I will say, there were a lot of plays where Fields felt in control of the whole operation. He had deep passes that gave me hope for a big play before the camera caught up with the receiver. That hasnt been the case since Grossman-to-Berrian.

The real question is, do you think the Bears will win another game this season? Some may even wonder why one would continue to watch this shit show, but that is for another day..

No. My friend who I was watching this with thought we were going to win at 19-10. And I was like, "Watch us go FULL conservative pussyball and sit on this lead like clowns."

And we did.

We lost the game on that 3rd and 5 where Getsy tried to run it up the middle and we failed horribly. Let Fields make a play and win the game. Or not, I don't care. Full tank mode is fine.

The coaching staff is in full understanding of what the front office wants and they obliged.

Yes, when the Vikings rest in week 18. They’ll drop from 2nd or 3rd overall to 8th. Idiots will be happy to finish the season strong while high IQ fans understand it would be a monumental setback in the rebuild.

I was cautiously optimistic until Santos missed the extra point, once he missed the field goal I knew we were toast.
Does Mt. Carmel or Brother Rice have a good kicker to take his place?

There was a lot of unsuccessful running in general in that third quarter.

I did not and had to set at least one person straight when they were up 10-0 in this thread:

Not quite as electric as Sayers or Hester so far but he's already a close third.

BTW--There goes our #2 pick in the 2023 draft...oh well
LOL. Its early. Do not underestimate the incompetency of this bears D. This D line cant even get a single pressure on Rodgers.

Yes that 3rd and 5 was probably it, too bad I wanted a win because we probably won't get another this year and would have win over GB and still get the # 2pick.

I thought they might have a chance to pull off a win...it happens every 7 or 8 games against GB and that's where we are. The play for me was 2nd and goal from the 20 yard line and they run the ball(4th quarter). They clearly didn't want to win the game that badly. Its ok, I didn't want them to either.

Yes but then i remembered that its in their best interest to lose this game. This game wasnt anything different than any other game on the schedule

Lose out and get at worst the 3 pick. I'm on board 100%. I think it should be pretty easy up until the last week if MN has nothing to play for. If they play their backups, the Bears better put in Peterman.
