Yeah I really don't think there's that much of a difference when it comes to his stances on calls. Maybe a little. The main difference is that he doesn't act like a stooge when he's not with Foley. Or at least not nearly as much as one.</p>

It's weird, we think that Edzo is going out of his way to be anti-Hawks on national broadcasts,but fans of other teams still think he's a blatant homer when he's on national TV.</p>

He was the first duch to point out  that it was a good call, I started hating him more and more as this year went on, I understand you don't want to be a homer on National TV, but making a stupid comment when your wrong just to make sure you stand clear of being a homer makes you hated more. He could have easily said I can see how this call would upset Hawks fans....It could go either way...but no Mr. STOP IT RIGHT HERE! has to sound like an ass. I never liked him, and I wish the Hawks would get rid of him. I honestly would love to have Dan Widerman. </p>

Apparently this game had the highest ratings for a hockey game ever for NBC. 3.35 mill or something close to that. Not bad NBC..not bad. Your coverage still kind of sucks though with the guys you have working the games and the desk but still..those are great ratings for a hockey game.</p>

I hope so. NBC at least wont be glowing a puck and making robots fight on the bottom of the screen. I may not like their hockey personel that much (im really not a fan of many networks hockey teams though even the CBC) but I do think they treat the game with much more integrity than Fox or even ESPN did. Considering those high ratings came off a lock out shortened season the NHL and Bettman must be pleased.</p>

Saturn is the best cuz im a sega fanboy

cant beat NHL2K2 on Dreamcast though. Barebones as hell on features but just fucking fun shit. Speaking of that series the original NHL2K had an awesome intro that gave 98 a run for its money, but the game itself wasnt spectacular. Not bad, but just alright.

That intro isn't even in the same league as the NHL 98 intro. The 98 intro is really about the first 30 seconds, rest of it meh whatever.</p>

i thought the music worked perfect with pace of the clips and the cool 2K countdown was pretty awesome in the original NHL2K intro, plus the computer graphics they used to segue between clips with that year countdown was sweet. NHL2K2 intro is pretty lame, despite it being my fav hockey game of all time.

Music was okay, the countdown could have been epic with highlights from those years instead of random highlights.</p>
