We Should Try to Get Chris Paul for Derrick Rose!

If you think that Rose will attract someone like Bosh, Stoudamire, or heck even DWade or LeBron, just imagine what having Chris Paul would do. Plus, Chris Paul is a SURE THING, he's already great, and will always be great. Derrick Rose will be good, but we don't know how good. It's possible that he will become better than Paul, but at this point in time, I'd take CP3.

Let's not forget what happened to the Celtics when they bailed on their rookie guard from Colorado.

I bet they wished they held onto him just a little longer.

Then again if I ran the Bulls and I could get CP3 for Rose and Hinrich I'd do it in a cold second so clearly, I'm speaking out both sides of my mouth, huh?

I love Derrick Rose but CP3 is simply amazing. I think him and Wade are the only guys I would rate as my favorite above Rose. And Rose is up there clearly on a Bulls bias.

But imagining CP3, Noah, and Deng is fun. The big plus with CP3 is you have to respect him at the arc much more than Rose. Also, CP3 is a big target to get Wade or LeBron this offseason. Lebron, CP3, Deng, Noah, seriously!! Could this work money wise????

Needless to say, I doubt the Bulls would consider trading Rose for anything. So we should all just assemble this roster on 2k10. It might be more realistic.

WOAH! WOAH! Diddy! No one is giving up on Rose! ALl I am saying is if CP3 is availiable (as Sam is stating, or at least contemplating), I am throwing out there that I think we could get him with Rose. I love Rose! This is CP3 tho!

Huh? So pretty much your argument is, never consider trading Derrick Rose, because he is "Derrick Rose"!?!? Who the hell is Derrick ROse!? He hasnt't done crap yet! Look, I love Rose. All I am saying is if you could get a top player in the leauge for him like Chris Paul, I wouldn't even hesitate. There is no guarentee Rose will be any good in this leauge. Paul is a potential MVP.

I'm just happy to see that most of you seem to be on board. I was concerned that we would have alot of Bulls homers who see everything in red and black and not black and white. I guess that I was hoping for more of a debate on this, but the fact that you all mostly agree with me is ok too!
