No, it's the metagame. A good number of people are expecting good Jay to surprise and come back this week. So he will crush their spirits this week but come back next week once everyone has completely given up on him. Pretty obvious really.

We beat them in 2013 before he got injured.

If we had a QB who rarely turned it over, I'd say we have the advantage. But we don't. So Giants win by 2 TDs.
