Some great individual efforts today.Too bad Cutler didn't run on the 3rd down and 8 play, though:(

I am firmly convinced jay woulda come up three short had he tried to run. The db woulda closed.

Seems like they're calling everything, or "just letting them play" as the announcers say. Grrrrrrrr.

Alright, going to do my Philip Rivers meditation exercises now...

I don't think they work for him.

Kinda looked like Cutler was beyond the line of scrimmage. Not sure.

You have to be entirely over the line in this case right. He jumped too and I think his back foot left the ground from behind the line.

Past the line of scrimmage. Offense fails in the red zone again. Ugh

Was watching his feet live and it looked like he had one behind the line. Entire body has to be past for it to be illegal

Seeing the whole field on the replay I think I agree. He maybe could have ran for it but would have taken a beating in the process. And Wilson should have caught it so it was a good decision to throw.

Too close to being over the line though

I thought you weren't allowed to drive the qb into the ground,Rams have done it twice now

This is correct. Cutler doesn't usually get those calls though, he isn't popular enough for them to care. Bears are getting some nice ref love so far though so hopefully we get a couple of those calls as well.

I think that Cutler got hurt on the previous play before the 3rd and 8. Rams are playing dirty.

Would've made it plus a couple yards. Dude is a battling ram when he wants to be.

You want to avoid needing to be if possible though
