He was double and triple covered all day against the Vikings as well.

The problems on this team are organizational. Anyone that's ever managed a team of people knows that mistakes can happen occasionally, but if they are chronic (like the recurring problem in getting a call in and having to waste a time out in critical situations) the fault lies purely with management/coaching.
