I can get on board with Caramel all day, never had chocolate though i don't think. I will say that I love chocolate that hardens onto ice cream is awesome.

Sriracha,, or as I lovingly call it hot **** sauce, is fantastic. I never really did spicy before. Closest I got was red pepper flakes, maybe some Tabasco on pizza. Hot **** sauce goes with everything. I havent tried it on popcorn yet, but I would give it a whirl.

If you wanna get real crazy drizzle some lime juice AND Sriracha on popcorn.

I have had a taste of the ghost pepper. For sure it is insanity in liquid form. I prefer a nice tingle as opposed to destroying my mouth for a good half hour.

Ghost pepper sauce is nothing more than bragging rights... I've had it and its hard to enjoy any flavor/heat when your tongue goes numb.

I can't eat anything remotely hot. The skin inside my mouth breaks out in little blisters that are very painful just from the pepper flakes in sausage sometimes.

couple drops in chili and it's award winning. most people add too much of the ghost pepper, like they would tobasco. You don't need but a drop or two to add a great flavor. Unfortunately, most people glob it on trying to prove some mythical point. I've watched it happen, and had salt on hand to help them out. I also put it in guac, and it's great.
