Yeah I imagine it must be really rough for you as you look around and realize you're the last guy aboard the SS.Cutler which just broke down for the last time and will be permanently decommissioned following the season.

You were once the captain of the SS Cutler and the first one aboard.

Cutler is ready to retire.

I could see him go full Jake Plummer. He'll get traded to another team and just not report. He's financially secure, is a fairly smart guy and there's so much about being an NFL QB that he doesn't like.

Wait a sec, if he goes full Jake Plummer (retiring when a team wants him) isn't he also going reverse Jeff George (not wanting to retire and no one wants him)? That would be a fitting ending to someone that's been compared to Jeff George so much.
